revs drop/stall when A/C turned on?

hi guys

just wondering if anyone has had this problem or could point me in the right direction, had the power FC installed for about a year now and was tuned properly, the revs have dropped and hunted a bit when the air con is on but yesterday it stalled the car out totally :(, ive since bumped the idle up to 1000 when the ac is turned on but it still drops a fair bit but is not stalling anymore.

any help/info?

have you recently unplugged the ECU?

try doing an idle relearn

had the same problem in my car and this fixed it

unplugged the battery when i changed the plugs the other day? , wouldn't think that would fuck with the ecu?

can you do a idle re learn without losing all the other settings?

ah , i see you have answered this question before :P, even if the thread did turn into some one being abused haha ( not by you)

Idle relearn.

To start the process adjust the no load idle speed by 100 rpm up or down.

Shut it off, re start - 10 mins @ idle with all electrics off - 10mins idle with rear demister on - 10mins with rear demist, headlamps & a/c running on full <- don't switch it off during this process.

If that doesn't sort it your idle control solenoid maybe gummed up.

HTH!

P.s I see you most afternoons turning off Morley drive.....I've been in a DVG ute though so wouldn't have seen me lol!

drove the car to work and back today and the problem seems to have fixed its self?, i drove with the aircon on only while i was moving thinking the ecu might adapt as i drive and it seems to have worked?

either my car is a transformer or its witchcraft or the powerFC can adapt?

Will idle relearn work with a link ecu that had had the afm removed?
