I read and see stories on tv nearly everyday about the sectarian violence and bombings going on in Iraq ? The civil wars going on there will continue unabated imo and innocent people will continue to die as a result.

As one of the news guys said, the vast majority of these style of attacks are actually conducted by caucasian males. It's only the media fueling the fears and (indirectly) directing attention to certain minorities.

wifey's aunt and uncle was at the finish line as the bomb went off, luckily not hurt but she mentioned that there is a lock down in a 15 block radius and they are confined to their hotel!
