ive seen a couple of installs where the bonnet is pretty much vertical when opened. probably what id perfer.

These struts make it higher than with the stock metal bonnet holder by about 2 inches probably.

Now we talking , the box is removed but youve got the wrong side open since you got no AFM shouldnt worry lol

I don't want a tonne of water and soap going onto the airfilter when I wash the car.

I will blank off the other side too when I can find some nuts to do the cover up with. Cable ties FTW.
