and even if it was, who cares! black kevlar hose for the steath look!

no its not, what is illegal, well it should be are those dress up kits from supercheap and the like with dodgy china spec shit. not only should u get a yellow sticker, but a fine for being a complete and utter tool.

ohh yes, don't be tempted to use normal (blue) air hose for fuel lines and don't replace the master cylinder vacuum hose! just two things i done over the years that ended badly!

nah that's the one that goes from your intake manifold to the brake master cylinder booster, it has a small one way valve in it that allows air to go in, just that, one way. notice my surprise the first time i took it for a drive with the new hose only to find i had no brakes! years later you delete abs and master cylinder because they are overrated but at the time it was a big deal!

with braid you are able to shorten the length of hose in most cases over the standard ones. most if not all connections are dash 6 and 8 with the odd heater and turbo hose in the dash 12 and 14. its worthwhile you visit your local enzed shop and get them to cut a length of hose to various sizes and get them to fit the fittings for you then its a simple matter of taking the old hose off and fitting the new one having care to insert the clamp inside the fitting and trying not to scratch it, try not to use a screw-driver but a small socket set, or go one further and buy an actual tool for the job.
