Help!!! Need cut and polish headlights?
My car come with "eye Patch" not eye lid. Anyway, I manage to remove the carbon fiber and some of the crappy double sided tape. But things turn nasty!!! I used Goof Off! and it remove most of the stubborn double side tape. Unfortunately it leave me with some scratches and the part of the headlights turn blur!!! It seems like the sticky residue covering part of the lights. Interesting enough, the light where I have the "eye patch" is safe from the blur. Only the surrounding area when I scrub the double tape. Any solution? Can I cut and polish the headlights?

Sounds like they are pretty bad, you may need to cut them back with some wet & dry, make sure you have water constantly running over the lights as you do it & mask the guards near where you are working, even pop the grille out, start with 1200, then 1500 & finish with 2000cut, one sheet of each will be more than enough, then finish off with a fine paste or Brasso, I did this to my pitted Bug STI lights & they came up perfect, you may want to finish with one of the above products, I don't think that goof off is too kind to plastic & you may have melted the top layer of the lights.
P.S. if you do this make sure you only use the heel of your palm or a soft block, never rub with your fingers or you'll end up with an uneven surface.

I'm pretty sure I have heard of place called headlight exchange on here before, not sure of the address though. They might be able to give you the desired results you are after.
