Default Replacing speakers in B4

I'm replacing the speakers in my B4 (side doors and rear seats). Anyone for any tips / suggestions for doing this? Anything I should know about in particular to the B4?

Any reason your doing this? Are you still running the standard h/u amp set up? All I did for my system was replace h/u put in a 4ch amp for the speakers and a 12inch sub run by a bridged 2ch and it sounds awesome. The standard speakers are really really good.

Well the 4 door speakers are buggered The tweeters, amp and subwoofer are fine. I want to leave the sound system as stock as possible. I basically just want a direct replacement for the door speakers. I do not want to "upgrade" the sound system.

There aren't any screws on door speakers so it looks like you have to take off the entire door panel. Does this sound correct?
