how would you get permanent marker off?
A mate of mine's kids just finished putting permanent texta down the side of her nice red car,
any suggestions to get it off with out damaging the paintwork? nail polish remover? will that take the paint off? |
wd40 mate

Try prepsol. Polishing it should do the trick, DO NOT use nail polish remover. If the paint still has a reasonable clear coat on it, you'll get it off without too much fuss.

even try eucalyptus oil

One of these babies should do the job.

WD40 will work. Used it before on a mates car that was tagged.

eucalyptus oil would go best on the paint, you can get it from woolies, coles etc, near the panadol... comes in a bottle or a spray :)

Aerogard gets permanent marker white boards really well. Not sure if I'd try it on the paint work though.

Works a treat, kids at school sometimes accidentally use this on my whiteboard :p |
