Anyone Cut out a 99/00 bumper for FMIC

As title says, need Advice help with the cutting of my front bumper to make it fit with my FMIC, have done some cutting already. Having a small problem with lining up the edges to the fender. Plz pm if you have any help. Thanks

Do you mean advice on how to do it ?
... or someone to come over and help hold the thing up
for measuring against the front of your car ?
