Trace any one of the multiple wiring looms that go through the firewall. Preferable one on the drivers side.
If necessary, cut a small slit in the rubber boot/plug, and slide it through.
You may ned to use a piece of stiff wire (straightened coat hanger, fencing wire etc) to feed whatever it is through the hole.

There should be a gromet (rubber plug) in the firewall on the drivers side that you can go through or put a small hole in the rubber of the wiring harness and run your pipe through there. Make sure you dont cut any wires
You should only have your piping and 2 wires that come off the gauge for the light right? Put the black wire to earth and the red to an ignition feed.

Also there should be a spare nipple on the intake manifold which you can connect your vacuum line for the boost gauge too.

There is a black plug in the firewall, behind the turbo dump pipe. You can put it in through there, but you might want to wrap it in cool tape or use some sort of heat shielding.

And as Toddles said, there is a spair nipple on the intake manifold directly on the right hand side of the coil pack.

Take the plastic panel/cover off from under the steering column. That'll give you plenty of room. A few screw and it just clicks off.
If you stick the straightned out coat hanger through the firewall, and get a mate to wiggle it from the outside, while you're in the car with your head under the dash, you'll soon find it.

EDIT: Not so much the cover under the steering column, rather the big panel that incorporated the fuse-box cover.
Sorry I'm a 1000km away from my car and going from memory. You'll work it out.

yes there is a spare nipple on the manifold to connect to, it has a black rubber cover over it. there should also be 2 smaller rubber grommits about 30/40 mm diameter that you can go through thats where i went through, otherwise where the wiring loom goes through will do just fine
