TV tuner

Who runs a tv tuner on their DVD/CD/MP3 in car player?

If yes, what brand, how much, and quality?

I've got an Alpine analogue, don't use it all that much just when the crickets on.

Depends where you are, mostly it's good down as far as rocco & up say Joondalup. Anywhere down from tuart Hill you'll do ok (as per normal tv). HDTV sounds nice but I'm a bit sceptical, for one my screen wouldn't take advantage of the resolution. And secondly I'm worried that where the receptions not great you'll have nothing instead of a bit of static.

So it'll be interesting to see what the coverage is like.

id only use analogue in the car. Performs alot better than digital. Some may agree or disagree. Just imo. Used alpine. find i dont use tv that often so sold it. is it really worth 400-800??
Otherwise buy a clarion dvd play as it comes with a tv tuner.
