Not Duncan Harrington was it? His work was the best around by far...even SWRT were impressed. Down side is that he's now in Melbourne and not doing that sort of stuff anymore.

Speak to Herridge Jnr about some of the Rally parts from China - they are real carbon not just glass with 1 layer of carbon on top. They are decent quality (as seeen in the tarmac cars) without the ebnd over price tag

does the company that makes the gd carbon roof skins (replacement not wank overlay) do boot lids and bonnets?

are carbon boot lids and bonnets going to be much lighter than aluminium?

Is that the guy Simon and his wife sonya harrington? Steve Pummer should be able to put you in contact. IIRC he built a CF motorbike for his thesis / uni project. Absolutely first class work.

I have a business here in Perth that specialises in working with carbon fibre.

Our website is here www.fastacraft.com but it is currently a bit out of date and only shows marine products.

I have past experience working with formula one race cars in the UK and have built many parts for cars right here in Perth.

Yeh I've passed on your details John

For those people that don't recall, John made my carbon fibre shroud, IC piping and boot panels from prepreg carbon absolutely flawless.
