Stereo install
Hey all
Have a heap of my stereo gear sitting in my Room speakers amps subs ect. I don't have enough time to fit it myself. Called alberts and they quoted me $600 to install my whole system Just wondering who everyone uses and if it's any cheaper I can't really Justify spending that much... Any help would be appreciated thanks guys Dave |
just do it yourself one morning? call round a few mates to help ya :) haha you learn quuickly what bits of your car aren't meant to come apart - but if your a lazy mofo, alberts are the main guys, but maybe try jb hi-fi? (youknow like the garage things they have under shopping centers)

do it yourself, it is surprisingly easy, and with a small amount of technical knowledge, it can be completed in one Sunday arvo, alternatively, get some mates round (preferably ones with some basic stereo/electrical skills) and then give it a shot, trying to justify spending $600 on a stereo install...it will only cost you $120 for a couple of wiring kits and a carton of beer :D

Ya it's easy to do :) and the time spent will be worth wild saving the amour of cash. I did mine and do mates cars for fun :)

you could try this bloke, couple people have vouched for him and probably would be cheaper than going to alberts.. |
Macey's work is awesome and he's been around for a long time since his days working in freo to technik car audio. Excellent fibreglasser as well for top end systems.
