MY06 WRX fog light surrounds part No

Hi

Chasing the part number for something like this. (unless the Subaru price is much more)

Carbon Fiber Fog Light Covers for 06-07 Subaru Impreza | eBay

Looking at using these as duct entries to funnel air to the brakes for when I'm on the track, esp Collie, for my Sti. built Dec 05. Remainder of the time, I'll have the standard Sti covers on.

Went to Bunbury Subaru, and they ended up with 70 or so possibilities.

Cheers

Found these at Chaplins https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=986

In the correct colour for the factory look, delivered for US$145.

On their way, will let you know how they look when they arrive, hopefully before Christmas.

Apparently their here in Australia, and I hope their in the air, checking their location using usps.com and its tracking with the delivery number, the package is north west of Bourke NSW. At the bottom of the google maps locator there is

* The location spots on maps are mapped automatically from the location names in tracking records. There might be a small chance that the location spots are mapped incorrectly.

Or its now in the desert.:D

The tracker still shows them in the same spot, but picked up this morning from the local post office in under 3 weeks.

Benefits I see over the CF ones, these are painted in the Subaru colour, and have the correct mounting tabs, (CF ones don't appear to have any) for a similar price.

Now just need to find some suitable flexible conduit to duct the air to the wheel hub/front of the brakes where there is a gap for air to get to the discs.

Or direct the air to something like this Subaru Prova Aluminum Brake Deflectors Cooling Air Duct | eBay
