Default Rear Aprons Question

Hi guys,

Just wondering if any of you have experience with the sti style rear aprons?

I am very keen on these;

Unfortunately, the only place i can find them is ebay, which lists them as being from 05-07.

I know similar ones are for sale from ultrex, but they tend to have a less subtle design than the ones pictured above.

Will the ebay spec aprons fit the my03 rear bumper, and if not, is there another place that offers the same design that will fit my car?

Thanks in advance,
bird

When searching try either rear pods, or rear splats along with aprons as the keywords.

I have these on the back of my 05, I'm sure they are less aggressive then the ones in the picture you showed tho. Ill go have a look and see but i dont think they go as far around as that and the bottom tapers up a little more

*edit* yep those definitely aren't the same as mine which im pretty sure are the stock Aus my05 spats. The stock ones don't wrap around to the back at all, they finish straight

JDM spats maybe? http://www.jnaperformance.com/index....product_id=513 does say "02-04 WRX Sedan & 04 STI Will Need Small Modifications To Fit due to Bumper Design"

MY05+ GD STI rear bumpers are wider than the WRX ones, but from the looks of things they aren't hugely different shape wise. As already pointed out, they should fit with some tweaking, which is what I think the car in the picture has had done.

Thanks for the replies. Might have to end a few emails and see what requires to fit the my05 ones. The ultrex style ones look tacky imo.
