Just tried a few characters to model them up, they would look very similar to that out of the machine (besides the rough edges which are just the copy past printscreen etc

What are your thoughts?? these can be made as individual letters then printed seperately. i can include an arched back so they fit to the boot more snug but im not sure what radius the boot arches at so its just flat currently.

Surface finished would need a quick sand, and i can do them in black so it wont be hard to paint black over it

I spoke to the distributor they said they have had something in the sun now for 14months and its only just started to discolour.

At the price it costs to print a new thing if someones failed after a year i can just print a new one

With the factory badges, they're raised ~0.5mm at the centre (but with the double sided tape on the back, I don't know how much difference it's going to make). Dimensions of the old letters are 2mm x 40mm x 23mm.
