IF you paid a very little amount for it and want to get your hands dirty then you can swap parts in and out from one car to another, but it depends how much to want to sink into this project.

Don't expect it to be a quick turn-around or without it's risks...

I bought it for $500, engine is great running gear is great just body is facked.

Well either way (saving for a reasonable WRX or doing to swap) it will take time so don't go losing all patience already!

$500...between a rock and a hard place... not really mate. Striping it and selling it for parts far exceeds what you paid for it. If you truly want a project strip it, call the scrapers and they'll give you $100 to take the you bent shell away!!!!!! Then get a regoed il cheapo RX chassis and transplant the lot!

It's still got rego for another 6 months.. It's from a mate so got it cheap. Yeah dan it's the one that was planned for 400 but realised it was to high of a goal lol.

Cash in the remaining rego, drain the tank for fuel, strip for parts, win.
