Rally car now fixed and ready to go

If you refer to the Targa West 2013 thread on this site you will see that my V5 STI Type RA came off second best after a backwards slide into a tree on the Kalamunda 2 stage of Targa West. The Maximum Motorsport boys did a great temporary fix to get us back into the event, but obviously the car needed to be repaired properly after the rally.

After a couple of quotes, I ended up taking it to Master Smash Repairs in Trugannina Rd, Malaga (a couple of the boys at MMS had used them previously for their own cars and were happy with the work).

Richard, Benny and the boys at Master did an absolutely fantastic job at a very reasonable price...btw some of you may remember Benny as the painter at BBK (now defunct). I can heap nothing but praise on these guys for the high quality job they did in a very reasonable time frame....and their customer service is second to none...so highly recommended!

The car just after the crash in Kalamunda:

Yes...absolutely...big thanks to Goccy (has been thanked elswhere btw) for chasing around and sourcing his spare bootlid on the crash day...dashing from Whiteman Park to Cannington and back to Malaga and then generously dropped me home...then headed home for "dinner guests"...of course I felt very guilty about keeping the dinner guests waiting, but if I had known it was only you Burke, I wouldn't have worried that much!
