Do it, it was standard on many tyres back in the 70's, my old V8 Fairmont in 77 with new Bridgestones, from memory they were only printed on one side so you had the options but it lasted as long as the tyres.

Stubaru, I remember driving mates cars with the old plastic TA's on them, tramlined on anything and frightening in the wet, especially trying to take off up hill, spin them and slide backwards lol

when i got it it had those dodgey chrome trispokes with raised white lettering on the TA's

pressure pack paint job in grey primer then got some 265's all round on aunger hotwires, got the white lettering put on the inside, was ahead of my time by the looks of it now

Fucking hotwires, I bought my first set in 75 when they first came out, I left the 6"on the front and put those 8""ers on the back in the pic, I drove from Port Hedland to Perth just to get them, biggest bastard things on earth to clean and I remember hitting a flock of sheep on the way back and one lost it's foot in the spokes as the rest rolled down the highway at about 3am lol.
