Default MY15 WRX bodykit

Hi guys

Very excited to start some cosmetic mods on my MY15 WRX. Your advice on where to purchase and install the following mods in Perth would be greatly appreciated:

Bodykit (front lip, side skirts and rear pod/lip)
Roof vortex spoiler
Mud flaps

TIA

Kev

Ultrex do a kit but are currently sold out from the looks of things, would be worth sending them an e-mail and seeing when they expect to be restocked. They are Perth based, no shop front but are always helpful in sorting out bits and pieces.

Lips, yes.
Roof vortex, if you're queer.
Mud flaps, if you're rallying on pea gravel or considerate of other people's paintwork whilst driving on gravel, during a cruise.

Front/rear lips and pods look awesome.

Mudflaps are a good addition also, even in rain it limits water/sand streaks down your doors. Just make sure they are urethane because if/when you lower the car they will scrape a lot (mainly speed bumps) and they will need to flex.

If you are low enough to scrape or fold them, just take them off and make new mounting holes 1 inch higher.
Solves the issue quite nicely.

Haha , thanks for the advice guys. Based on the responses, sounds like the roof vortex idea will have to be binned for now.

Any thoughts on roof wraps? Seen a few pictures of cars in galaxy blue with a gloss black roof wrap. Looks pretty cool.

Also, suggestions on dropping my suspension. I won't really be using my car on the Track. So really just a cosmetic drop. Any recommended places to get this done in perth?

Thanks

Kev

A black roof looks nice on most Subarus. I am a bit biased as I have a satin black roof myself ('08 hatch). I personally think it looks better on a hatch than a sedan however. It definitely looks 100x better than having just a black bonnet for that racecar/CF-bonnet look.

Springs with a 25-30mm drop should be OK. Not sure if anything would be available locally for the MY15 yet. If not, check out the Rallysport Direct website. Eibach would probably be my choice if I ever do just lowered springs for looks.

Screw what people think, if you want a vortex gen then get one man.

I will be picking one up, will also be wrapping roof gloss black.
