+3 for John, I'm running 18" x 7.5 with 225's and tomorrow my car's going to Wheels World for some Whiteline treatment

My rims were 18x7.5 +48 with 225's. No dramas. Thats on wagon guards too.

Cool, decided ill just get 225's. If any prob's when I eventually lower it, hopefully rolling the rear guards will solve it.

So now you've sold your rims have you decided what you are going to replace them with?

Going on the car (white MY99 WRX) when Wheels World get the ALK, roll centre kit etc etc and install the HSD 'HR' coilovers. Tyres will be Hankook R-S2's http://www.hankooktireusa.com/produc...il.asp?pid=233 in 215/40ZR17

wider tyres does != better on a wrx dudes, id be going for the tyres which have the stiffest sidewalls instead which would be 215's not 225. Far more effect on performance and handling.

Very nice looking rim Phil, can't wait to see some pics when they go on...

Sweet, mine's in tomorrow also, getting some springs and roll centre kit fitted so i'll have a squiz then.
