265 on a 9.5 inch rim with 38 offset will be fine on a wide body wrx. 40-44 is preferred but the Rotas will clear. You may need a bit of a roll and a pull.

Default Rims - Anything About Rims Post It Here

By looking at different tyres on different rims on this site:
http://www.rimtuck.com/search/datash...thf=9.5&sort=4

Majority or 18 x 9.5 with Yokohama and Bridgestone tyres are running the 255/35s. As mentioned above different brands fits differently as some setup are running ridiculous fitment such as 225/40, 235/40 etc.

To the comment above, would a wide body required a pull? If so front and back? I thought rear fenders rolled would be enough.

I run 265/35/18 on a 9.5 inch 38 offset rota. My old hankooks fitted nicely but my current continentals are just a touch wider. Still fit with a slight pull and rolled guards.

I have coilovers too so have never checked inner clearance.

Ok, I think I'll run the 265/35/18s, even though it cost a bit more than the usual 245/45s. I'm also thinking of having the rear fenders rolled @ AutoFX in Myaree, seen good comments about them. Has anyone used a different workshop for rolling?

In terms of colours I'm mostly to go with the Hyper Black (2 top pics)on my pearl white body, just like something about that colour scheme. I also like matt black and gold (bottom pics) on white but my girlfriend, not so much.

All of those pics look pretty good in my opinion. But as you can see they match my choice...

I always try to pick a colour that still looks good when dirty because that is the most common state...

I'll Look up the RE003 specs and post what I find.

*edit*

Cant find any specs for the RE003, only the available sizes they come in and not what rim width they suit.

Thanks for the research, i could not find the fitments for RE003 either but found some other Bridgestone setup they were using mainly 255 and 265. I made up my mind to run the RE003 265s.

Very true indeed. Gunmetal and bronze also good as well but i think I'll opt for the hyper black as the car is mainly used for the weekend anyways = less dirt well it'll be driven more in the summer as I'm on a uni break now. Btw what coils are you running on your wide body?

Cheers for the inputs.

I have the KW v3's. Great shock and can be made more comfortable than stock if that is your goal. Mine stay firm as I prefer to feel what is going on under the car.

Nice man, i like the KWs myself. Read some good reviews on them also. Had STD on my previous wrx but i think they'll be no match for the KWs.

Keep in mind kw is 7kgmm front and 5kgmm rear while std is 8 all round.
