they cost $2400 and came with bridgestone potenzas with about 30- 40% tread i think and no lugnuts or center caps

Yes TE37's are a very desirable wheel of very high quality and will attract a premium

Personally in that particular size/width/offset/flat face configuration i think they look plain. it would have been nice to get them wider & more aggressive

All that matters is that you like them

Looking to buy some 18" CE28N's for my MY09 WRX, I know I need PCD 5 x 100 but I don't get the offset, or width of rims? I don't want them sticking out wide than they should or anything, so what offset/width do I require?
