Rim gurus...

What are the lightest, strongest, cheapest 17" rims in 5 x 100 PCD that will clear 08+ Brembos?

CE's come in a titanium gunmetal which is close to what your after from the sounds of it.

'02 - '04 STi ....or those rims that MMS used and AIG and Danny also had....G-Max Drift-6 in fact...I'm pretty sure you can get them in 5 x 100...ask John at WW...he supplied them.

have a look at the enkei RCT4s Jonno.. clear big brakes and are super light/strong and not too exxy

Google tells me that - gmax 6.5kg, rc-t4 7.7kg.

Gmax winning so far!

The gmax is 6.5 for a 17x7 (which doesnt clear Brembo's)
you would need the 17x8 which would think would weigh a smidge more...

Couldnt agree more. Just stating that the gmax website says itself that the 17x7 doesnt clear Brembo brakes. So Kato would require at least the 17x8 in the gmax (obviously picking the offset he wants), which would not weigh 6.5kg as he mentioned in his above post...

What size were the Enkei's that weigh 7.7kg each?
