I thought it was bad for the diffs. Nothing that would break immediately but it'd cause them to fail quicker than usual. You'll have to pardon my ignorance though as I'm just repeating what I've read on forums

some GTR's run different width F/B and also some European Awd Supercars
assuming the rolling diameter is kept the same

GTR has a different 4wd system to a dakker.

They can deal with the width, but even they want same rolling diameter.
