I wouldn't stress too much about lower springs on standard struts...plenty of people have done it without real issues...unless you go too low. I have Eibach springs on my RS and they are excellent. The other option is to get some after market strut inserts...eg Koni. Talk to John Fowler Autosports 0416 105 911

Sadly there aren't that many after market strut options for the G3, there is also the GTWorx/Bilstein struts if you want a replacement that doesn't require any modifying of the OEM strut housings (cutting, drilling, cleaning out the oil, etc).

Thanks all for the suggestions for suspensions, tyres and wheels. Today the Rota Titan Hyper Black 18x9.5 +38 with Bridgestone RE003 265/35/18s were fitted on the car with no issue. The rears were rolled so this setup fits perfectly without any fitment or rubbing issues thus far. The tyres felt and look really good, better than the factory Dunlop SP. i cannot say too much at this stage as the tyres are still to new. Ill update when the milage hits 5k and 10k.

Next step is the suspension either temporary Eibach springs whilst i wait for the price of KW v3s to drop. Currently the exchange rate is terrible which may affect the price of these coil (i think). The car needs to be moar loooooow. Here are some pics (looks better in person of course):

Save for some brakes too. It is a slippery slope.

Already started looking for some Brembos + sway bars as well and man the prices, it will be a slippery slope indeed lol. Probably an upgrade at a time to keep the missus happy.

Delivery of sprigs or STD? Because I think WA Suspension in Osborne park have the springs in stock, don't quote me on this though.

STD coilover comes with 8kgmm standard, but u can order 6,10 or12 kgmm springs to fit the monotube. If u want comfy options, 8/6 is the go.

Ur stock spring is 5/4 btw.

R u going to track? if not, just do the pads, brake lines and fluid. Spend some money on power mods.

Why would you recommend more power mods to somebody who isn't planning to do any track? Where else are you going to use it?
