Ok most of you have prob seen the Suby RB320 with the mesh grill by now. I really like the look and I am thinking about buying similar product from griilcraft.com. Anyone else interested in ordering?

Not prepared to stump up before seeing a pic of how it looks. Black on Black is just to well er Black. |
No reason you couldn't just spray it whatever colour you want before the install. I am going to buy the silver one so you can have a look once it arrives. Have a look at the site again, they have picture of silver grill installed on a MY05 STI.
cheers Dave |
from experience spraying mesh is well...neh
needs to properly coated and differences in colour need to be minimal little chips remove paint and it looks shite best bet guys honestly: 1. By the exact mesh u desire (which will be heaps cheaper than grill craft) 2. Take it to a decent and reliable panel beater (as for job difficulty for them on a scale of 1 - 10, its a 0.75.......lol seriously!! Save money, time and Hassels my 2c........i am actually doin this on mine but its a MY00 |
yes it always about saving $$ but not in this case with MY06 STI, perhaps with 7 yr old rex. Thanks for suggestion though.

depends what you want but they guote prices for everything with pictures of MY COLOUR CAR ..upper grill is US$130 & lower is US$153, they also do grill for hood scoop. http://www.grillcraft.com/applications/subaru.aspx If I had lots of time on my hands I would try and fab but..that's not an option..so credit card and airmail..cheap imo and good instructs from them. No flame intended! :D |
