Fuck me, that looks amazing. I got mine as a bonus with a tv...so no idea how long I'm going to have to wait. Might go out and pick up a copy anyway and pass the other onto a mate.

Anyone who buys the Collectors Edition is getting ripped.

$129, $50 more than the standard edition (which everyone is price matching @ $79), and on top of the game you get some ChromeLine cars and a theme, a useless magazine which has 100 pages less than the one you get overseas (100 pages of detailed car specifications were omitted from the AU Spec version), and 5 post cards.

I took mine back for a refund at 5.15pm yesterday and swapped it for the standard edition.

Everyone has their own concept of value I guess. I'm quite happy to support a game as good as this. I'd think $80 is a bargain considering the bum on seat entertainment value. Hope you enjoy the game bloke.

Mine has said 18 mins left for a good 20 minutes already. I hope that it hasn't stalled

It looks like it stalls a few times while doing the initial install. It does get there though.

As for the previous comments on mods. You CAN modify the cars. I was buying parts for a pig type C last night. Started out with an EK Type R civic (turbo , tyres, exhaust, weight reduction). But there just so much more to this game than I had expected.

Following a 5 year wait for the most anticipated racing simulator, half way through the install, my power goes out. FML.
