I can't get over how professional this invite / series is. Top marks for dedication to the cause mate.
I'm no hot shot driver for sure, but do have a heap of fun on these races.

If I'm free, I'll be there. Have been having ISP drop out issues on the Telstra cable connection over recent months. They claim to have fixed the issue now. A corroded termination at the front of the property apparently. Could explain why I kept getting kicked out of races previously. Keen to see if it makes a difference.

Granted that video had some dodgy stuff, but that's just one race. There are many clean battles over a typical night.
But surely every racing series, be it real life or video games, has its Grosjeans in it.

Haha! That's a bad example though. Randomly delegated high powered cars (shuffle race) on a track we rarely race on.

For those that have raced before you may notice that there's only one qualifying session at the beginning of the night. After that one race rolls straight into the next so there will be very little down time. Should shorten the evening by about 20+ minutes with the same amount of racing.

BTW, a new GT5 update has just been released (102MB)

So download any updates well before Thursday evening.

Try to get a small handful of practice laps in the Focus on each track too.

Tempted to get a ps3 so I can jump in done lots of race series on forza
