I use one of these kits. No probs so far.

which one did u go for? and tell me the difference? is worth doin or wot?

I went for the first one (parts only), RMS built it.
I would see how far you could push your standard internals before you go throwing 12 - 15g or so on a 2.2 or 2.5.
No point opening the bottom end unless you have to.....my thoughts
