Default F*&KING O2 Sensors!

What do I have to do to get rid of my O2 sensor? Damn thing has gone again and I'm getting fed up with it. Does anyone else have these problems or have you gotten rid of them or what?

O2 sensors generally only die if you run excessively rich for an extended period of time. Get a new one and get on a dyno for a AFR check.

i'm running an aftermarket ecu. i've gone through two in about 13 months. is it really that common or am i having bad luck. and i can really see myself throwing a couple of webers on my rex and get 5km per litre like the rally car.

This is right, your o2 sensor should last around 80-120000k before it starts to slow down, so your car is proberly running super rich.
