Does anyone know of a white 2000 WRX that had plates similer to.....

Ceducr , ceducer ?

Reason bieng is my mate just picked up a wrx from the auctions.
Got a really good deal. looks like it has good mods but has engine drama's

Plates have been removed but you can see what the plate used to be (Ceducr , ceducer ) behind it.

Anyone know this car
