They are generally. But 06/07 wrxs dont come with an auto option, so that aint gonna work obviously.

as mentioned earlier..

cops wont be using old wrx's and new ones only come out as Manual...

Also, thats why there are 2 cops in a car usually.. one to operate radio and speed gun, one to drive..
