I thought Cops had to have Auto's for all there cars?

All the Piggy's came only in a Manual

I think this is why they defind them to be used for support work and not patrol work

Radio - yes, but not mobile radar - that has to be operated by the driver coz every patrol speed reading has to be cross-checked with calibrated speedo which the passenger can't do (parallax viewing error from passenger seating position).
