If it's already wet, part it under cover. let it dry. Pour some clean water into the car and watch where it drips out

For the love of god, it could be your main window seal. I had the same thing happen to me after having my powerFC installed. It leaked over my powerFC, reset the comp to the base map and almost fried the computer.

Even if it costs $100, get a reseal on your front window, aparently 5 in the last 4 months have gone through my used garage with the same problem, including the owner.
