Recommendation for tyres??

Looking to purchase a set of tyres for my GC8, just wondering what you guys would recommend?

I tried searching but came up with bugger all. :D

Bridgestone RE01-R's :)

Tyre choices are something fairly personal as people seem to have
different opinions and expectations.

Im Running these on my Company Car ( XR6 Turbo)

and they are holding up pretty well considering the cars weight and the KM's I do on both gravel and tarmac. Got 40,000 km out of them so far and still a few mm of legal tread left. I started using them after I did a V8 drive day at Barbagello and they ran them on the Vk V8's we used. From memory they are quite reasonably priced too.

I was running the 535's on my MY98. Stood up to general road abuse ( no track work ) really well. Were fairly cheep. Didn't handle any where near as good as the re070's on the pig but for how hard I drove the 98 ( enthusiasticaly ) they were a good match. Would have gone the 595's for the next set but changed the car before I wore the tyres out.
