I want something that revs high but also has good low down street driving power

What roughly do you think the cost difference would be form a 2.2 to a 2.5? about 3grand?

it depends if u want to sleeve and close deck the block.. then yeah around 3-4gs...

if not they should be the same price...

If ur going to build the 2.5.. U NEED SLEEVES as a minimun...

I don't think you can get any further out of that size block than 2.5L. you would make the block way too weak.

Why not go ez30?
Ummm... An EJ207 is a 2L, I know that quite well. EJ205 is also. EJ255/257's are 2.5L. Have I passed the exam now?

Do some research. There are a few strokers for the 2.5L. i.e. the Axis 2.65L, Crawford 2.65L, Brian Crower 2.71L, etc etc etc.
