hey mate, go to cypher, for 900 i got a cat back with significant gains and it took them 1 day to do, just ring and book and they will make you up one

im pretty sure there will be no power gain with just a cat back, tubo back yes but u need to retune the ecu.

Cyphers are good, but doing just the catback's a bit pointless as the bottle-neck at the dump pipe is still there, might as well spend a bit more and do it properly by change the turboback to 3" with hi-flow cat (or catless if you really keen). for MY01+ models it's best to retune the ECU otherwise u might get power lose and running lean.........unlike the classic shape where it's much easier for bolt-ons

yeh, i am saving at the moment to upgrade to turbo back, but the car definately feels much stronger after we put the zorst on

Cypher would be better if their mufflers weren't ugly. If they made N1 style with the raised lip it'd be the money.

yeah im getting a 3" turbo back x-force high flow cat up/down pipes....were do i go to get it tuned....do i need to go to subaru? and also what this thing i've heared about that when you put an exhaust on the check engine light comes on..any info would be good thanks...03 sti.

youll need to get a new ecu like a ecutek, power fc, autronic etc and get a tuning shop to tune it for you. heaps of tuning shops around, ie hyperdrive, maximum motorsport, tenagah etc.
