Plenty of options overseas, also try Troy from Prospeed he can definitely source you wheels at competitive rates.

Possibly not. Didnt look into it. Wasnt something i was concerned about to be honest. If they break, they break.

Someone else may be able to answer that with more accuracy..

I wish i hadn't seen that link u put up balistic i want those TE37's but $3000 :( if i had the money diff story.
