Default Cleaning Headlights

Heyas - I have some strange road grime/dirt building up on the top half of my STi projectors, which doesn't seem to come off easily.

Any ideas on this? Scrubbing it fookin hard doesn't work .. neither does high pressure hose. Someone told me there is a place in Perth which can tidy them up and make them look brand new again ..

Anyone been able to do this?

Don't suggest toothpaste ..
