my wife's friend baught it off the team mobil guy and drove it around for about 12 months, she said it was a nice car, but yes it does attract a lot of attention in terms of being someone else's 'old' car.

the quality of workmanship on the original through technik would be great (as was all of their work), but don't know how it has been maintained.

nothing wrong with an auto WRX.

Personally I would never touch that car, it lived around the corner from me in Waterford, always in the Garage on jacks and bonnet open with a mechanics van out the front.......Auto wrx is good, Install in that car is TOP NOTCH though those CDT splits are worth about $1200 new thats just my 2c

agreed!!! i've got 343,000kms on the stock auto box so far!
better than burning out clutches and blowing cogs...
you'd be surprised!! only neg i've found is low end lag with the stock snail.
