on related matters, the great australian icon, the holden commodore is also going to be running a Diesel in the future. 4.5lt, and developing over 700nm of torque...

Theyve just released the diesel Liberty in Europe. I dont believe its the turbo version yet, but it is an all new engine by Subaru. Which i think is great. So easy for companies just to slap someone elses engine in and call it a day. At least this way you know it'll have true Subaru reliabilty.

I'd say it would be turbo-diesel.

As far as I know, there is no new passenger cars available with a non-turbocharged diesel engine.

Supposed to be released later this year in the uk in the new hatchback impreza imposter.
Should be nice and torquey though.
