Its been a long wait Paul for the kits too arrive. Good stuff on getting them here in Australia mate! I reckon they could be a bit of a dark horse, maybe even slightly under estimated as a decent competetive platform!

geezus if its over 1100kg is way too heavy for the style of car it is.
you do realise the 2000 wrx was 1250kg?

I've never heard of them before they sure look pretty, but are they any good? :-\

I know BIRKINS kick arse at around 550kg
http://www.birkin.com.au/My_First_Drive_In_A_Birkin.php

and by comparison Westfields are pretty average coming it at 800kg.

from the unofficial FAQ

...is light, despite the fact that it is AWD and a convertible (weighing in at about the same as a 2000lb Lotus Elise--and that's in road trim).
900kg or so

A mate of mine went to their open day last year (can't remember which track in the UK) and he was very impressed with the performance and build quality. I'd be interested to hear if this is going to be road rego'd or just for track/competition use.

Will be following this thread closely!

We are preparing the cars (ADRs) for complete road rego, which could take some time but we'll work through it

I'll keep everyone in the loop

Registering Interest.

What is the ballpark figure for a complete kit (minus the wrx bit of course) landed in Perth?

From my limited reading it just requires assembly with all the parts from your donor car and painting?

Cheers
Mark
