thanks for the advice guys,
should i go king springs to save a few dollars, are they as good as whiteline springs ?
sorry for my ignorance but what r coilovers?
I no i no, u guys thinkin noob, but im new to all this

Coilovers are a spring and shock absorber in the one unit instead of two completely seperate components.

675 is a stupid amount of money for just springs these days...

sorry forgot to mention that price include's labour and wheel alignment not just the springs

best thing with coilovers is you can adjust the height of your car & also the amount of dampening the shocks have

Aslo adjust the ammount of preload you put on the springs. Which affects ride.

Whiteline springs are far better than kings, though there are plenty of other springs out there that are better than whiteline..(but i dont know enough about subaru's to recommend any specific ones, i have used eibach in the past and was always very impressed.)

I suggest you consider RaceComp Engineering Tarmac II Coilovers as they are proven quality product for MY08 Bettys, prices are pretty good now with exchange rates.

Other options obviously Cusco and Ohlins if you have the money. But if you are not into spending several thousand then go with Johns recommendations as he knows his stuff as previously mentioned.

I'm on King Super Lows with an ALK .. Feels really good to me .. But i've never driven on coilovers before.

Can't recommend the ALK enough though, very good mod. Reduces understeer, better turn-in .. Can keep the foot nailed to the floor while going round corners whereas before i had to backoff.
