spotted a bunch of pushbike cops handing out $50 infringement notices on the corner of murray & milligan st in the city to people crossing the road when the little green man wasn't on... so be careful in the city today peeps

also spotted a dude getting fined for riding his bike through shafto lane, there was a bit of a pursuit (cop on pushy) was fiunny as, i was gonna suggest he gets some lights and sirens for his bike but knowing my luck i'd get fined, so i just laughed and kept walking

fuck that is so petty. i thought they were not handing out any fines with this pay dispute stuff, they were probably newbies... but seriously, a push bike cop?

Yea but how many pedestrians get run over simply by not paying any attention to what's going on around them. Very few are on the footpath almost all step out in front of whatever hits them.

Much as it would piss you off if it makes you ( or those that see you get nicked ) think about where and when you are walking it is a much better road safety initiative than dumping speed cameras everywhere.

There should be cops standing on the corner of Murray and William St handing out fines to people who run the red light.

Every single time I go to cross the road there (when the green man is lit of course), a person has gone through the red light and everyone wanting to cross the road has to wait for the car to move out of the way.

Seriously, I cross that road maybe twice a day and I've NEVER seen a time when this hasn't occurred!

J Walking cameras at city intersections.
Hide them behind the bins.
Put out the "Anytime, Anywhere" signs just past the camera.
Number plates tattooed to peoples foreheads.
Flash... You're gone!!!!!
Receive notice in the mail with your picture, time of offense etc.

Gotta stop this kind of Walking Hoon behavior!!! Grant will agree.

but honestly how often do you just walk on to roads with out looking at all...if your that smacked out and you jump out in front of cars you deserve to be hit

dunno about you guys but the stop look and listen etc got absolutely drilled into me at primary school
