spotted wat looked like a 2000 silver wrx trying to give me a run on the freeway tonight at about 12:30. I found this pretty funny as i am no turbo and was cruising ahaha

Loud? It seems a little tame compared to my old one!

Would have been testing fuel pressure at the time.

Now Now I'd be a bit peeved if Mr Plod was to get tipped off about my driving habits with comments like this. At least be a gentleman and delete the poor blokes number plate.

List number plates by all means. Don't attach descriptions of driving to number plates unless you would be quite happy to have someone drop the same post on the desk of your local cop shop with your number plate in it. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate anyone else doing it to you.

If you get known to them regardless of how it just makes those debatable interactions a little less likely to go positively.
