Best buy for $1500?

Hey guys, took the wrp10 down to the drags the other night and only did 14.42 at 156km, i am pretty let down by this but am still happy as it is pretty bog stock except for a catback. The dilemma is that fund are short as i am 16 so i have scraped 1500 together and with that i was wondering what you guys recommend would be the best mod for power or time loss with that budget, will 1500 ever get me under 14.00?

Cheers guys adam

Firstly, how does a 16 yr old afford a WRX and more importantly, drive it at the drags?

stopped wearing diapers yet?

he must be a farm boy. learnt to drive there

WRP10 08-11-2005 10:07 PM

no, it is my fathers and i will eventually buy it at mates rates, i just pay for mods, he drove it at the drags

Fuck I hope I can have a son like you.

Funding my WRX modifications :)

For the money get a full exhaust, intake and boost, or maybe something like a Unichip or Ecutek.

what...the...fuck

WRP10 08-11-2005 10:11 PM

i dont really want to phuk with the boost because that devoids warranty so fast, and that is a big deal for dad as it is his work car (he is self employed btw)

Bakks 08-11-2005 10:12 PM

Ok well any modifications you do from this point could potentially mess with the warranty.

If warranty is a concern Ecutek might be suitable, as I believe Subaru cant pick it up with their select monitor thingy?

LegacyGT 08-11-2005 10:12 PM

heh

this could be another case of identity misinformation just like the dezi/dezi's dad saga.

let ur dad do the typing.

for 1500 get a ecutek
