where the fuck is my half cut do u ask?
 

greetings all

most of you probably remember that half cut i was getting shipped over,
well as ussualy im getting fucked around, i bought a 98 TYPE R sti ,sti rims,rear diff + drive shaft so forth, seats rear seats , rear bootlid with oversize sti spoiler so on ok,

3 months later.. (4 weeks LATE) i get the engine.. thats all well and good but its just a fucking 99 sti half cut and its black aswell completely the opposite from what i asked for including the fact i didnt even have anything else sitting there .(besides the point the type r had a Dash with rpm to 10k meaning its most likely a 22b dash i think.)

atm im sure this car turns up at the importers in adelade they relize its worth to much to fucking give it to me..

SO. what im asking for is help from everyone here

Plan A:find out where the fuck my engine is

Plan B: take the ver 5 sti engine + whatever else im missing

Plan C:try do a trade on another engine

im seriously fucking pissed off, im a 2nd year apprentice on 8 bucks a hour . i cant afford to exactly build a engine from scratch

plan a, i would demand to get what you agreed (paid) for in the first place and then take it from there.

my engine from japan not here..
they sent the wrong one from adelade
the importer in perth wont say anything about it
told him to stick it up his ass i want my money back
now where considering takeing the 99 sti engine but the fact im missing half the parts i need

OR could do a trade on some other engine i dont know what

id like input of what i should do ?

if theres a paper trail of items listed and monies paid then seek help from a lawyer, that simple.

is your engine its your money it comes down to what you really want not anyone else
