I used to use vinegar on mine. Didn't fix the problem for good but did take the milky stains out for a while. |
To fix hazy or yellowed plastic lenses, try a mild (also known as "fine") cutting compound. I stress that it must be [b]fine[/b] or you'll scratch the lenses.
I did this to the headlights on my Fairlane using Autoglym Fine Cut, and they came up as good as new. |

I used maguires step 3 polish on mine, cleans and shines them pretty well, although you have to re do them every 3 months or so.
