I used to have rs-2's and now I have k-107's.
I think the k-107's are better in every way than the rs-2's. I highly recommend the k-107's

Hankook K107 2000km Review
I decided to go for the Hankook K107 tyres from Swan Tyres in Osborne Park.
After having them on the rexy for around 2000kms, I must say that I am very impressed - they have loads of grip in both the wet and dry - no issues regarding road noise - their official tread wear rating is 280 which is great for a performance tyre - so far, they seem to be equal to if not better than the RE050s that were on the car previously (I've never taken the car on the track so I can't give proper feedback in this regard) I'll be fitting new springs soon - can anyone recommend a place to fit the springs, and a place to get a wheel alignment done straight after? I prefer something in the Osborne Park area but am willing to drive around. A couple of workshops have said $300-$400 to fit springs EDIT: found Evolution R who will switch springs for $100-$120. Wheel alignment recommendations? Not keen on Bridgestone type places as they never seem to get it quiet right Last edited by MY99; 04-05-2009 at 04:07 PM. |
