Default Who else has an RX NA and what mods have you done???

Basically the title explains it all,

Are lightweight pulley kits worth the money??? I have seen a few in magazines, and the theory seems good.

WhiteRX I noticed in members rides that you have a custome cold air intake, have you got any more pictures/details on this, did it make much of a difference???

for a NA impreza improvements are next to nill,

perhaps an ecu/reflash and advance the timing and adjust the AFR's a bit

other then that your pouring money into 1 or 2 hp gains that add up to be still a slow car.

drop an ej25 or ej22 into it, or realistically a ej205/207 and get some extra power under the hood.

I had a Liberty RX with the 2.5L motor in it, CAI, powerchip that was tuned to 98 RN fuel and 2 1/4" cat back exhaust, while it was great fun to drive you really are trying to polish a turd if you spend much more money on a NA engine

It is a pretty basic CAI setup, all it is is some 50mm stormwater pipe with an elbow going to the bumper just behind the brake vents (at the front). i will try and get a photo some time.

I felt that it did have a good effect on performance although some of the reading that i have done on resonance chambers shows that they can provide a slight boost to mid range performance.
